Thank you for shopping at AStarpro! We want to make sure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing
•Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays
•Most orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation
•You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped
•Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including:
•All 50 U.S. states
•U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
•APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
We do not currently ship internationally. International shipping options may be added in the future.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
All products are stored in and shipped from Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) warehouses located across the United States. Your order may be shipped via one of the following carriers depending on package size, weight, and delivery destination:
•Amazon Logistics (AMZL): Amazon's own delivery network for fast, reliable shipping in most U.S. areas
•UPS (United Parcel Service): Ground and expedited shipping for standard and oversized packages
•USPS (United States Postal Service): Lightweight packages, PO Box deliveries, and APO/FPO addresses
•FedEx (Federal Express): Express and ground shipping for time-sensitive and oversized shipments
Note: The carrier is automatically selected by the fulfillment center based on your delivery address and package characteristics. We are unable to accommodate specific carrier requests at this time.
4. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
•Standard Shipping (Free): 3-7 business days after shipment
•Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after shipment
•Priority / Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days after shipment
•Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier, weather, and other factors beyond our control
•Free standard shipping is available on all orders within the contiguous United States
•Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer (7-14 business days)
•Oversized or heavy items (e.g., suspension kits, aluminum doors) may require freight shipping and additional transit time
5. Shipping Costs
•Contiguous U.S. (48 states): Free standard shipping on all orders
•Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on package weight and dimensions
•U.S. Territories & APO/FPO: Shipping costs calculated at checkout; delivery times may be longer
•Expedited / Priority Shipping: Additional fees apply; rates displayed at checkout
•Oversized Items: Additional shipping surcharges may apply for heavy or bulky items; any surcharges will be clearly displayed before checkout
6. Order Tracking
•Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package
•Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipment is created
•If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at emarket4@astarpro.com
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Packages
•Inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, note the damage when signing for delivery or refuse the package
•Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
•Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at emarket4@astarpro.com with your order number and photos
•We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible
Lost Packages
•If your tracking shows no updates for 7+ business days, contact us immediately
•We will open a trace with the carrier and work to resolve the issue
•If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund
8. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. In this case:
•You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
•There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments
•All items from your order will be delivered within the estimated timeframes
9. Delivery Issues
If you experience any of the following, please contact us at emarket4@astarpro.com:
•Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
•Package marked as delivered but not received
•Shipping delays beyond the estimated delivery window
•Wrong item received
•Missing items from your order
Important: Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Address changes after shipment may not be possible and could result in additional fees.
